• Training registration form: name, email address and phone number.
• Direct exchanges: the information you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Browsing data: pages viewed, type of device and browser, collected through cookies and measurement tools.

Why we use this data

• To reply to your requests for information and quotes.
• To manage your registration for a course and send you practical information.
• To measure website traffic and improve our content.
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.

We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies and measurement tools

This website uses Google Analytics to measure its audience and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure the effectiveness of our ads. These tools place cookies on your device. You can refuse or delete them at any time in your browser settings.

Who receives the data

Your data is intended for mhdan. It may be processed by our technical providers, to the extent necessary for their role: our hosting provider LWS, Google (audience measurement), Meta (advertising measurement) and WhatsApp when you choose to contact us through that channel. Some of these providers are established outside Senegal.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and manage our relationship, then deleted or archived in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Your rights

Under Senegalese Law No. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, correct, object to the processing of and delete data concerning you.

Language selection

To display the website in French or in English, we estimate your country from your IP address using a third-party geolocation service (country.is, or Cloudflare as a fallback). Only the country is used and we do not store it. If you choose a language manually, that choice is saved in your browser.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, including encryption of exchanges with the website (HTTPS) and restricted access to the administration area.
